Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiniComix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Content & Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or use images of real people for character likenesses without their permission.
• Spam, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Use automated systems to access MiniComix in a way that damages or overloads the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing content on MiniComix, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.

Prohibited Material & Enforcement

To keep Mini Comix safe and compliant with applicable publisher policies (including Google's Publisher Policies), the following material is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately upon discovery:

• Adult or sexually explicit content, including pornography, nudity, and sexual violence.
• Excessive, graphic, or gratuitous violence, gore, mutilation, or torture.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content promoting violence or discrimination against any group.
• Harassment, doxxing, or content that targets or endangers a specific person.
• Content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide.
• Illegal acts, including instructions for weapons, explosives, or hard drugs.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not have the rights to — including characters, art, or stories owned by others (e.g., major comic publishers, film studios, or other creators).

Uploading, generating, or publishing copyrighted or policy-violating material will result in immediate removal of the content and may lead to a permanent ban of your account, without prior notice. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion to protect the community and comply with our obligations.

Our publishing and AI-generation pipelines include automated safety filters that block prohibited content before it is published or generated. Community members can flag any comic, series, character, or creator profile for review using the Report button, and our moderation team reviews every report.

Zero-tolerance policy. There is no warning system for severe violations: copyright infringement, AI-generated content that depicts prohibited material, and abusive or harassing behavior result in immediate content removal and a permanent account ban on the first offense. Content generated or uploaded with the help of our AI tools is subject to the same rules — you are responsible for everything you publish.

Copyright & DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a takedown notice through ourContact page. We will remove infringing material promptly upon receiving a valid notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

MiniComix and its original features, design, and branding are the property of MiniComix. Content created by users remains the property of those users, subject to the license granted above. Characters shared in the public database may be used by other creators in their own works, consistent with the platform's sharing features.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MiniComix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of MiniComix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
